Provide support and infrastructure to facilitate & grow youth and high school lacrosse for players and families living in the Minnetonka School District.

Ensure perpetuity of support.

Provide services that are meaningful to constituents, such as:

• Organizational structure i.e. 501(c)3 –nonprofit status
• Financial oversight
• Provide insurance protection as required
• Coordinate fundraising & sponsorships
• Facilitate communication – host website
• Coordinate resources for youth, girls and boys high school teams
• Coordinate player development
• Coordinate coach development
• Manage staffing needs
