Field Coordinator
-Maintain current contract with Park and Rec for fields for summer/fall
-Attend one meeting to discuss current association field needs
-Ensure fees are paid to Parks
-Point of contact if field schedule has conflict or weather updates
-Schedule winter dome time
-Schedule Pavillion time

Equipment Manager     
-Get needed equipment to coaches for field fall/summer and box
-Collect equipment from coaches
-Order and maintain needed equipment (nets, balls, goals)
-Ensure fields have needed equipment (score, cones, horn, table, crease, nets)  

Media/Marketing Coordinator
-Help advertise using PeachJar, order signs
-Facebook, twitter

Tournament Coordinator
-Register teams for tournaments
-Point of contact for tournaments
-Distribute tournament information to coaches and team managers

Picture Day Coordinator
-Choose and schedule photographer
-Organize picture day activities and volunteers

Apparel/Uniform Coordinator
-Work with vendors to choose apparel items
-Advertise apparel online stores
-Choose uniform design
-Order uniforms
-Distribute uniforms to teams
-Order coaches’ apparel

Webmaster

-Use Sport Engine and other software to help with registration and communication.

Skipper Liaison

-Work with HS team and coaches
                -Youth Day (U8 plays at varsity game)
                -Practice with Skipper (HS organizes, we promote)
                -Enlist HS help with youth events, dome, coaching, clinics
                -Scholarship to senior
